Wine Luthier has reached an agreement with the Rubio-Yeramian Laboratory in Aranda de Duero.
With this collaboration we have been able to cross-reference our wine map, Wine Positioning System™ (WPS), and images of the wines with the climatic and edaphic metadata of the production areas, establishing an accurate relationship between soil-climate-wine style.
Once this relationship has been studied, we monitor the climate of the vintage and can predict the style that will result. In that way, we can give viticultural recommendations in real time, if we see that the climatic conditions are going to deviate the style of the wine.
